DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS

All transactions are final and NO REFUNDS will be issued.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment online. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost for the service. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the appointment. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Venmo, Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express). NO checks.
LATE ARRIVAL

Please contact us if you are running late to your appointment. Being more than 20 minutes late will result in a forfeit of your deposit. A new deposit is required to book a new appointment.
CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS

Any CANCELLATIONS or NO-SHOWS will result in a forfeit of your deposit. A new deposit is required to book a new appointment.
RESCHEDULING
-
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your deposit. **Please Note: Only a ONE-TIME rescheduling is allowed. **
NEW CLIENTS WITH PREVIOUS WORK

We do NOT do touch-up from other artists for BROWS, EYELINERS, or LIPS.

Consultation is required before booking: If you’ve had previous brow work done by another artist, please send in a clear photo of your brows (without make-up, without filters) for an approval before booking an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

For Lips and Eyeliner, we are currently NOT accepting color correction or cover-up cases at this time.
SICK & COVID-19

If you are sick with a flu or a cold, you must reschedule.

If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, a negative test is required before booking.

If you have been experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms within 7 days of your appointment, you must reschedule.

If you have been exposed to someone diagnosed or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms within 7 days of your appointment, you must reschedule.

We recommend that you wear a mask to your appointment. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided.

CONTRAINDICATIONS TO PERMANENT/ SEMI-PERMANENT MAKEUP

Under 18 years of age

Pregnant or breastfeeding (nursing)

Have active eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea, herpes (cold sores), shingles, open cuts, or wounds on/around the procedure area.

Epilepsy/seizures
-
Diabetes (requires doctor's clearance)
-
Currently taking antibiotics
-
Hemophilia or other bleeding disorders
-
Cardiac valve disease, heart problems, or taking blood thinning medications
-
Organ transplant, cancer or undergoing chemotherapy/radiation
-
Hepatitis, compromised liver, HIV/AIDs
-
Had Botox done (no Botox 1 month before and 1 month after procedure)
-
Accutane (isotretinoin): Must wait at least 1 year before any treatment can be done

On topical steroids, Retin-A or Renova (tretinoin)

Autoimmune diseases (lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.)

Immune compromised or have any other medical condition that causes slow healing or a high risk of infection

Glaucoma (the use of glaucoma eye drops make eyelash follicles and eyelids hypersensitive, causing excessive bleeding and poor color retention for eyeliner tattoos).
CONTRAINDICATIONS TO BROW LAMINATION AND TINT

Pregnant or breastfeeding (nursing)

Had recent permanent makeup procedures on the brows (less than 8 weeks)

Sensitive skin

Active peeling

Recent eye surgery

Psoriasis or eczema on/around the eyebrows

Recent sunburn on/around the eyebrows

Have any skin damage on/around the eyebrows

Have open wounds, lesions, acne, abrasions

Have wart or mole on/around the eyebrows
CONTRAINDICATIONS TO LASH LIFT AND TINT

Pregnant or breastfeeding (nursing)

Allergies to glue/bonding agents/adhesives
-
Being treated for any kind of eye injury
-
Conjunctivitis, Current or Recent eye infection
-
Sensitive eyes
-
History of dry eye disease or Sjogren’s syndrome

History of recurrent eye or tear duct infection

Frequent eye irritation, itching or watery eyes
CONTRAINDICATIONS TO BROW TINTING, STAINING, OR HENNA BROWS

Eye disease, corneal disease, dry eye syndrome, glaucoma

Eczema, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, rashes around the eyes

Irritated eyes, sensitive eyes, chronic watery eyes

Extremely oily skin and hair

Cuts, open wounds, acne, around the eye

Claustrophobia, seizures

Alopecia

Trichotillomania (irresistible urges to pull out hair)

Chemotherapy within last 6 months
